Where Do We Deliver?

We deliver to Australian addresses via Australia Post.

Delivery

Orders will be usually be dispatched within 48 hours (excluding weekends) upon receiving your order and payment, unless we are out of stock in which case we will let you know. You will receive a shipping email from us with an Australia Post tracking number to track your parcel. If you are not home when your item is delivered, Australia Post will leave a card and you will need to pickup your order from your nearest Post Office.

Delivery Time

• Melbourne: 1-2 working days
• Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra & Tasmania: 2 - 4 working days
• Perth, Darwin & Cairns: 7 - 14 working days
• Rural areas: 7 - 14 working days

Please note: These are only approximate delivery times. During busy times like Christmas, deliveries may take longer.

Postage costs

We offer a flat rate of $13 Australia wide in a standard 3kg Australia Post satchel.

Payment

We use PayPal to accept payments from credit cards or bank accounts.
